The Family and Medical Leave Act

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR FMLA LEAVE?
Employees who have been employed, at the time the leave commences, for at least 12 months and who have worked for at least 1000 hours during the previous 12 months are eligible for the provisions under the FMLA.
